Dallas did an amazing job throughout my entire home-buying process. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot to learn, but Dallas made the whole experience seamless and incredibly easy. He was always patient, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything and make sure I felt confident every step of the way. Dallas is also a great negotiator and truly had my best interests in mind throughout the entire process. He was awesome to work with from start to finish, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying my first home. I highly recommend Dallas to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated realtor. I will definitely be using him again for any future real estate purchases!
Dallas was exceptional to work with. He helped us sell our home in a remarkably short period of time, and his honesty, clear communication, and thoughtful strategy made the entire process smooth. We ran into a few unexpected issues along the way, but he did everything he could to keep costs down and worked them out with the buyer. We always felt he had our best interests in mind, and his guidance delivered real results. Highly recommended.
Dallas was recommended to us by a family friend and he was nothing short of exceptional. From the first time we reached out to Dallas to express interest in buying our first home he was always there and ready to help! The very first time we reached out, he immediately had us join him on a zoom meeting where we had the opportunity to express our interest in all the things we were looking for in our first home. We then flew in from out of state, where we spent an entire day driving around with him to look at properties. We found a home we were looking for and immediately proceeded with the buying process. The entire process was initially overwhelming as this was our first time purchasing a home. Dallas made us feel comfortable and was always available to answer any of our questions. He was incredibly responsive and made the process easy for us. Dallas is an incredible person with a big heart who is passionate about the work he does and is always doing it with a big smile on his face. We are incredibly grateful for all of his hard work.
Dallas is an exceptional real estate agent and truly went above and beyond for our family. When we first visited Las Vegas with interest in moving to Las Vegas from San Francisco Dallas took time out of his day to take us around and introduce us to Summerlin, explaining the various neighborhoods and their nuances to us. It is clear that Dallas is extremely knowledgeable and wants the best for his clients. He is incredibly patient, diligent, and professional. He never pressured us in any way and always took the time to answer our questions and gave the best advice for us to make an informed decision. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to move to Vegas area.
What an amazing experience! Dallas listed my home and had it sold in 3 days! His level of professionalism and kindness is unmatched. He went above and beyond for me and I can’t express how grateful I am. I will recommend Dallas to all my friends and business associates. Highly recommend!
