Joe made the house selling process so incredibly easy! We moved out of state and were a bit worried selling without being there but Joe eased our worries and rocked it out for us! He kept us updated and in the loop every step of the way! If you need an awesome realtor, he’s your guy!
I met Joseph approximately 2 years ago through online and a few phone calls & texting. I had shared with Joseph our desire to move and retire in Las Vegas of 2024. Before our move, Joseph texted me everyday for more than a year new homes on the market in different areas to narrow down where we would like to live. After a year we made 2 trips with Joseph leading the way in finding our home after 3 days of long says we were able to make several offers and ultimately found our wonderful home. Joseph was consistent and determined to find our home, and we can not be any happier of this outcome. Joseph is outstanding, hard working and committed to his real estate business. He truly cares about finding the right home for you!! I would go nowhere else!! Tom and Helen
We can't thank Joe enough for helping us buy our first home, in a new city, and in a very competitive market. What stood out in our first meeting was his honesty, professionalism, experience, and pragmatic approach. He was always upfront about a potential bad deal and suggested patience until we found the perfect house -- which we eventually did. He was extremely responsive, especially when time-sensitive, critical issues came up. He was happy to accommodate our busy schedule, including lots of travel. Definitely recommend Joe and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.
Joe was awesome to work with and sold my condo in Henderson in less than 4 hours for asking price. He was informative and easy to reach every step of the way. By far, however, his best attribute is his patience. He took the time to explain the market trends over the past nine years while I decided what to do with my investment property. Thanks, Joe for a great experience and for all your hard work on my behalf. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Vegas or Henderson area.
Working with Joe was a real pleasure. He truly has your best interests at heart. He is a very honest person and can tell you the pros and cons of any property. Joe is one of the best realtors I have worked with, and one of the most knowledgeable. His response is very timely. Highly recommend.
