We had an outstanding experience working with our realtor, Michael, to sell our unique mid-century home—especially in what was a challenging market. From the very beginning, Michael understood how to position and market a one-of-a-kind property, highlighting its architectural character while still appealing to a broad pool of buyers. What really set Michael apart was his expertise and persistence in navigating the complexities of a VA loan buyer. When we encountered appraisal challenges, he prepared a well-researched Tidewater letter that thoughtfully supported our home’s value with strong comps and clear rationale—an effort that made a meaningful difference in the process. He guided us through every step with clarity and confidence, proactively addressing requirements and ensuring all conditions were met without unnecessary delays. His communication was excellent throughout—always keeping us informed, prepared, and reassured. Selling a distinctive home in a tough market could have been stressful, but thanks to Michael’s strategic approach, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of the process, everything came together smoothly. We’re incredibly grateful for his dedication and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. This was my third transaction with Michael, first time as a seller, and I would not trust anyone other than him with this process.
Michael was very well prepared and gave us a comprehensive analysis of what we should list our house at. He assisted us right through the entire sale and closing and was always very responsive when we had questions or inquiries. We would highly recommend him to anyone considering a realtor in our area.
I have purchased and sold a home with Michael Delgais. While I imagine most real estate agents do a fine job, I would not hire anyone before Michael. His assessments and professional advice are spot on, and I felt like was in the best possible hands even when the process hit some unexpected speed bumps. If you want to get the best deal and fit for you as either a buyer or seller, hire Michael and his team now.
Heidi and her team recently helped us sell our mother's house in Summerlin in Las Vegas NV. They were absolutely wonderful, from the first phone call to inquire about the company and the process to the actual closing. Every single concern was addressed. And everyone was super friendly. Most importantly, Heidi and her team were there for us when we weren't able to be there ourselves. (We live out of state.) She arranged for an estate sale which went well. And oversaw all aspects of needed maintenance including contacting and scheduling with service people. That was a huge help! Communication was top notch. I could always reach Heidi, anytime I ever needed. And she kept us in the loop with frequent calls and emails including market reports and comparatives. I would highly recommend Heidi and Home Realty Center for any home selling or buying needs. One of the best experiences I've personally had! Thank you so much for everything. We really appreciate it!
We worked with Heidi & her group regarding selling my mom’s Sun City Summerlin house. She made us feel so comfortable - we knew we were in good hands right from our first meeting with her. She is very knowledgeable & a true expert in her field. She guided us through the whole process, took care of everything, answered all our questions, was always responsive & timely.. She also provided us with names/resources for helping to clear out the house, etc. She also knew how much my mom loved her house & how hard it was for her to sell it & showed compassion as well. I would highly recommend Heidi, Michael, & the Home Realty Center team. Thanks much to all of you. It was a pleasure. Lisa Black
