We had an incredible experience working with Cody! From start to finish, he was consistently responsive—always quick to answer our calls, texts, and emails, no matter the time or day. We truly felt like we had someone in our corner every step of the way. Cody’s negotiation skills were top-notch. He fought hard for us, helping us get a great deal while maintaining a level of professionalism and respect that impressed everyone involved. Beyond that, he was just genuinely kind and easy to work with. We never felt pressured or rushed—just supported. More than anything, it always felt like Cody was 100% on our team. He listened to what we wanted, gave honest advice, and made us feel confident throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this journey. Highly, highly recommend Cody!
We had an awesome experience working with Amanda Bolton from Platinum. She treated us like family and after a loooong process (we seriously looked all over the valley – our fault not hers) we were able to find a house that we LOVED in a great area for a great price. We're thrilled. We'll absolutely be using her again the next time we're in the market!
Working with Joe was such a great experience for me and my family! From the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable and really took the time to listen to what we wanted. He were always patient, quick to respond, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. What could have been a stressful process actually felt smooth and exciting because he guided us every step of the way. His knowledge and genuine care truly showed, and it honestly felt like we had a friend helping us, not just a realtor. We’re so grateful for everything he did and would absolutely recommend Joe Tinnel to anyone looking to buy or sell a home—you’ll be in the best hands!
Cody Corio and his team at Knight Realty are incredible! This was the second time my husband and I bought a home (previously we bought in Oregon) and this experience was far better. The stress level this time around was low and the patience and confidence Cody has is superior to other agents I’ve worked with. He really knows how to negotiate and pull through for his buyer! He’s very knowledgeable in his field and in the Las Vegas area. He and his team were quick to respond and stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines throughout the buying process, we even closed early! Cody was happy to answer any and all questions we had and he took us to view many homes. He also kept our spirits up, reassuring us that we would find the perfect home. I can’t recommend Cody enough!
James did an excellent job with helping us sell our mom's house. We had multiple offers in a couple of days. He walks us through each offer to get us to the best deal. He made the process easy for us and was very knowledgeable. Would use him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
