We had a wonderful experience working with Mahsheed’s real estate team (specifically Miranda) while purchasing our new home in the Las Vegas area. From the very beginning, Miranda was knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped guide us every step of the way with patience and expertise. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but Miranda and Mahsheed’s entire team made everything smooth, organized, and far less stressful. We truly appreciated Miranda’s communication, attention to detail, and dedication to helping us find the right home for our family. We are so grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend Miranda and Mahsheed’s team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
I was worried selling my home would be stressful and painful, but Mahsheed made the whole process so smooth that I never felt stressed once. Communication was fast and clear the whole time. I never had to chase her for updates, which I really appreciated. One thing that stood out was her advice to stage the home before listing. I was hesitant at first, but I trusted her, and it made a huge difference. The place looked incredible, and I think that's a big reason it sold so fast. She also connected me with everyone I needed along the way, from cleaners to stagers to the rest of her network, so I never had to scramble to find anyone myself. It made the whole process feel handled. I expected the process to take six months. It sold in about two, and it went for above asking, which was more than I expected to walk away with. I also want to give credit to Angel and Miranda on her team, who assisted me throughout and helped keep everything running smoothly. What I appreciated most is that she actually knows what moves the needle. She's honest, easy to work with, and gets real results. If you want someone who will make the process smooth and get you top dollar, I'd recommend her without hesitation.

I thoroughly enjoy working with Mahsheed. She is incredibly dedicated and goes above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction throughout the entire purchase process. She promptly responds to any questions we may have about the property or any other matter. Additionally, I can confidently say that she exudes kindness and possesses a positive and uplifting energy. I genuinely appreciate her assistance and support. Mahsheed is highly recommended. By PMPCapital Investors
I met Mahsheed on a personal level before ever needing any realty services. When the time came to sell our first family home, noone else came to mind to ask for help. Mahsheed heard our concerns, guided us, and persisted with us thru a tough market. She championed for us (while we were living in Florida) and closed the deal in Las Vegas remotely . She is a great communicator, always available for questions, hard worker, impeccable attention to detail, and an avid listener. There’s noone else I would trust for future realty services!
