I live in Ohio. In mid 2025 I became responsible for the care of an 85 year old friend. He had three properties in Las Vegas that needed to be sold. The third property was about 1.8 acres of vacant land. This property took a little longer to sell, but it was worth the wait. Through the process of selling these properties, Mike, Alec, and the others on his staff kept in constant contact with me. If I had questions, or needed advice, they were there! At ALL TIMES, Mike offered me his expert opinion. He would give me all of my options but left the decision making to me.
