(This is updated by me).( The day after my husband died here Noah brought a locksmith rekeyed my gate and door locks and came in house with 4 other people while i am grieving my husband death in the house we had for 49 years.) Noah took advantage of myself and disabled elderly husband. We were going to lose our home to foreclosure and Noah made an offer for 250,000 because the house needed a lot of repairs and it was 220,000 to pay mortgage. I accepted the offer and they told me they had to take photos to determine how many contractors they needed to fix. The next day they posted 40 pictures of everything in my house and posted it for sale for 350,000. Noah came with a couple and child to show my house also photographing everything. I am still residing in the house per our contract agreement, I was served 3 times 24chour notice to inspect and do 2 appraisals so he could flip it. This man and his company are Swindlers and pick on elderly sick people Con them out of their house than harass us to help him sell it so he could make 100,000 more. I have documents and proof that this man is a scam and is only out to make a profit off of people who are down and out. My husband is dying as we speak This was his home for 50 years and he was treated poorly by this company and Noah F Herrera. Beware of this man He is a Greedy Liar and gets business with false promises.
I have known Tony since we first moved to Las Vegas 10 years ago. He got us an absolutely amazing deal on our house when we first bought it, and another outstanding deal when we sold it. He has always been quick to respond. Throughout the years, I would hit him up with stupid questions even when he and I both knew I wasn’t ready to use his services again, and he always answered back quickly and honestly. I 100% recommend Platinum Real Estate, and consider myself lucky for meeting Anthony and team!
I worked with James Dirig and I just wish I could give him 10 stars on a scale of 5! James masterfully guided me through a purchase 1 1/2 years ago, saving me $17K in the process. And he just now guided me through a sale of that same house getting me top dollar. He has unparalleled knowledge of the local market as well as the Real Estate business in general. He is very easy to talk to and takes more than adequate time to explain things to me, or help me navigate through difficult parts of the process. He really is in a league of his own and you will be lucky to have him as your agent. James is very professional and guides his clients with integrity and class.
I struggle to write this because there is not enough words to tell you how AMAZING Joe Tinnel actually is. I was referred to Joe from a very good friend of mine who spoke so highly of his father's experience and relationship with Joe after and during the listing and sale of his house. Joe is one of a kind.. especially in las vegas. The professionalism, knowledge, care and compassion Joe has... let me tell ya he should have made millions off the sale of my house for how much he changed my life by being such a great person. HONESTLY!! Joe truly listened to all my concerns and represented me in my wants and needs like no other. Joe is very responsive, very knowledgeable as well as understanding and compassionate. This might sound crazy however Joe became like a true friend. So real and just incredible in all the situations that happened even little hiccups in having to wait to list the home until a specific date for good luck, then due to unforseen extremely important personal situations that came up he was still a Rockstar with listing and selling. Joe did his due diligence on actually seeing the value of my home and personal connection to it. He appreciated that and saw what others would see it too. When I said Joe all in LET'S DO THIS haha List my home at this price and if it don't happen...... well we tried if it does then shoot we win. WE WON!!! My home valued on zillow for about $60,000 less then what Joe listed and in 3 days sold it for. Joe is the dream realtor. He always had my back and cared about more then just the house sale and making his money. I thank you so very much!!!
I highly recommend James Dirig for the sale of your home. He is honest, efficient and professional. Within a week of listing our home he was able to get us multiple offers. The sale of our home went smoothly in a timely manner. Thank you for the excellent service.
