As first time homebuyers in a new city, we were extremely nervous about the process. However, Cristina Casares did everything in her power to make sure we got the home we wanted. She is a smart and experienced agent, but most importantly she is a kind and lovely person.
This was my wife and I's first time buying a home and everyone made this process a breeze for us. Shawn was absolutely amazing from the first day he reached out to me. He was very personable and was always quick to answer any questions and book appointments. Jackie was very nice and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. This company set the bar high and went above and beyond. I would recommend Love Local Real Estate to anyone in a heart beat!
I worked with Karen Ventura for 5 months while wading through home buying process. This was not my first purchase and I was naturally reluctant to blindly put my trust in an agent. Karen turned out to be the most patient and professional agent whom I’ve ever worked with. She ensures that your wants and needs are met…she will not just try to push a sale on you to close the deal. Karen is probably the hardest working agent also…she accommodated my work schedule and was able to meet when it was convenient for me. If another purchase is in my future…Karen Ventura will be the only agent I’ll work with.
Love Local Real Estate are the "real deal!" From day one Tom Velarde and Tonya Wilkins went to work to find me my dream home and kept me appraised of anything I needed to do or anything they could help me with. I have now sold two houses and bought two houses with Tom and Tonya and in all honesty you will never find nicer more honest people. Tom is even a retired Air Force disabled veteran and has found/sold homes for many active duty and retired military (I am one of them) but treats everyone he deals with respectfully! Tonya is just a plain superstar at getting you the documents you need to sign on-time and also in assisting with any questions you have along the way. To me, they are simply the best Real Estate team you could find in Las Vegas! Dr. Stephen Chartier, Colonel (ret) USAF
Working with Tonya and Jackie at Love Local has been an amazing experience! Jackie worked so diligently to make sure I was happy and found my dream home! She was so patient and sweet throughout the entire process, she never gave up on me. We looked at so many house I lost track! But she was determined to find my family a great home! She really did her homework and is so knowledgeable! She knew about all of the different features in the houses we looked at and neighborhoods we looked in. From the day we set out to view the first house to the day she gave us the keys to our first home she has been so upbeat and so helpful she has been the only constant in this roller coaster experience of home buying! Tonya was great as well she really went to bat for us when ironing out all of the details of our contract! She was on it the whole time making sure everything was done in time to close. She was also very knowledgeable. She was ready for every question I had, with this being my first home I had a lot of questions! She was such a delight to work with and made me feel so confident that she would handle any issue that would arise and she did! Jackie and Tonya are a rockstar duo and have made my first time home buying experience a great one!
