William Pachinger was a pleasure to work with. He is what I consider to be a great realtor. William is very patient, punctual, and caring. He does not only care about getting you closed and moving on to the next purchase, he also wants to make sure you make a good choice for yourself. For example, I began the process of purchasing a home but then found a better deal. He happily helped me exit the other deal so I could save money. Also, William saved me a lot of money by encouraging me to request repairs. To say the truth, I was so happy with the purchase price of the home that I thought a request for repairs would be too much. This being said, William emphasized that I should request repairs.
