Stacey is a truly remarkable realtor, and a very good person in general. She was very patient with the search for my home. She had my best interest in mind, and really fought to find the perfect home for me. When she didn't feel that a house was right for me, she gave her honest opinion, which in hindsight saved me from making a very bad decision. I feel like some realtors are just looking to make a sale, and will put that goal first. Stacey is the complete opposite of that. I'm certain that she would have preferred to walk away without a sale than to put me in a home that wasn't in my best interest. She is a rare kind of person that truly puts others first. It may sound dramatic, but working with her helped restore my faith in humanity. Seeing somebody who is so willing to put others first is not common these days. If you're shopping around for realtors, please give Stacey a shot. You will be very happy that you did, and it will change your life for the better.
Ive had a lot of Landlords and property managers over the years. Geoff an his team are stellar and I think anyone lucky enough to have him is truly blessed. He is kind, reasonable and fair. 11/10. Would recommend them to friends and family.
I spoke with Geoffrey today about a denial for a house I was interested in and the call did not go all that well! I guess being denied had me on defense mode and had me thinking all sorts of negative stuff about Geoffrey, his business and his tone, but my hears at that moment could only receive negative! So I did research on Geoffrey and found something wonderful out about him that has nothing do with business or denials but he is a survivor of cancer a disease that hits so close to home to me and sure others! The great things you do to support cancer research, cure with donations is way bigger than me being denied and I want to say thank you for being supporter and most of all a survivor!! Stay strong!! Maybe I will get approved next time!!
