Alex and Zoe Grodzinsky of The Grodzinsky Group, Realty One Group are a fantastic team. I could not have asked for better. I interacted with Alex more and also worked with Zoe. The home listed is in Sun City Anthem, Henderson, NV. They understand this development very well. They are the consummate professionals. Communication skills are top-notch. He reached out often with updates, market research, recommendations, and problem-solving ideas. They are well-versed in today’s technology. They have a finely tuned understanding of the market. They pivot quickly to meet changing market demand. Both are easy to reach and are generous with their time beyond the specific business at hand. The home photoshoot was professional and looks great. This newly remodeled home was staged with new modern products, furniture, lighting, dishware, and more. At the last minute, the buyers opted out and insisted that everything be gone in the next 48 hours, which was the last weekend. I live out of state. I cannot express enough how grateful I am that Alex and Zoe took on this huge task. Additionally, Zoe kindly returned a forgotten router to the company for me. Thank you, Alex, for the ride to the airport. That is beyond the scope of their position. Truly outstanding. I have purchased and sold various homes over the years. This team is one of the very best. The empathy, kindness, honesty, and confidence are excellent descriptions; their work ethic is outstanding. I read a comment that they “started out as customers and ended up as friends.” That is so true! If you want results, look no further than Alex and Zoe Grodzinsky. I recommend this team as one of the finest I have worked with. You will be pleased.
We recently relocated from California to Henderson, NV, and working with Zoe was the absolute best decision we made! Navigating an out-of-state move can be overwhelming, but Zoe made the entire process completely seamless. She is deeply knowledgeable about the local Henderson market, extremely responsive, and pays meticulous attention to every detail—from negotiations and escrow to inspections. If you are moving to the Las Vegas/Henderson area, especially from Out of State, I cannot recommend Zoe enough. She is a true professional and an amazing advocate for her clients!
Alex and Zoe are an incredible team who made selling our home fast and easy. We put our full faith in Alex’s plan for pricing and showings, and followed Zoe’s guidance on staging, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We had numerous offers after the first showing, and we sold and closed on our home in just over a month. They responded promptly to all of our questions as if we were their only clients, and we genuinely felt supported throughout the process. Selling a home can feel daunting, and emotions can run high, but we always appreciated Alex and Zoe’s care, attention to detail, and expertise. They cannot earn a higher recommendation from us, and we will forever be grateful.
I had made up my mind about using the realtor I used when i bought my house here in Madeira Canyon 13 years ago. I have a friend who recommended Alex and Zoe Grodzinsky, who have worked extensively in the Madeira Canyon. As a courtesy I met with Alex to see what he had to say. I wasn't expecting to use him. I was impressed what he and his wife offered their clients. They exceeded my expectations. I'm the primary caretaker for a disabled person. They took over and helped so much in preparing my house to show. Zoe came over with an assistant and went through my house moving furniture, and making recommendations. Alex kept me updated regularly throughout the process.. They took a huge weight off my shoulders. I strongly recommend them. Thank you Alex and Zoe!!!
I had a very good experience with the Grodzinsky Group, very professional and hard working. I picked them because they handle a volume of nice homes in the Sun City Anthem area. They were very helpful in analyzing the market and working to show your home’s most favorable features. Thank you Alex and Zoe for helping me through this process.
