The most professional and thorough and congenial group of people! My realtor was Lynda Epstein and she was fantastic. Her patience and fortitude and knowledge found us the house of our dreams! Couldn’t be happier with the Rivkin Group!
My home search was long -- and started from overseas. Rafaella showed me she was committed to helping me and followed up for 2 years as we searched! Once we were finally in the area, Rafaella made it easy to get a home tour and we found our perfect match. We submitted the offer (I mean Rafaella submitted the offer--she did all the work here!) and with minimal negotiation, we were closed in record time. Rafaella has strong relationships with title companies, lenders, and general repair personnel, but never pushed. She always let me know my options and she promptly responded whenever I had questions about the process. I did end up using a lender she suggested after my own bank was slow to respond. They were so easy to work with and I got a great rate. What do most people look for in a realtor? For me, I just wanted someone I could trust who felt real and had my best interest at heart. Sure, we didnt have a multi-million dollar budget--far from it--but she made me feel like a priority and she advocated for me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Rafaella Reynolds of the Rivlin Group.
From one agent to another, Sonja Braunlich was such a pleasure to work with! Her communication was top-notch. We worked very well together on behalf of both parties to the transaction to bring it home! Can't leave out Stefani Rivlin either, she was on top of the ball all the way through! I look forward to working with you all again soon.
Our experience started great and fast from the first phone call. Lynda showed us a few homes that day. Several the next. We changed course on her and we had different needs now. The next day Lynda had several of exactly what we wanted and needed. We loved how Lynda guided us. Her knowledge and efficiency besides years of experience resulted in us finding a home. Lynda and Alex and team kept us informed and supplied us with only inventory we wanted to see. In exactly 40 days we met Lynda and we closed. Something to brag about. We highly recommend LPT Realty and the Rivlin Group. We cant thank them enough for our buying experience that we couldn't forget. They know our address. They are welcomed to visit us. It was so great we will refer and only work with Lynda Epstein as our realtor. Michael Colaianni, Michele Belmonte Colaianni, Kathy Belmonte Swanker
From selling to buying a home, Sonja B. made the experience memorable each step of the way! From being patient during showings to always being understanding and considerate. She stayed in contact and made sure to provide every update. She made all what seemed complicated a smoother ride! With all the tons of realtors in the Vegas area it can get confusing on who to go with, not all will go above and beyond but Sonja made it an easy choice to recommend any friends who are interested in selling/buying in the future. Thank you!
