Probably the BEST Real Estate Experience we have ever had! Erin Camp and her team were simply amazing. Excellent customer service, always available for questions, and most of all extremely professional and knowledgeable about all things Real Estate! Do not hesitate to contact the Snyder Group and ask for Erin! (-:
We fully enjoyed selling our house with The Snyder Group! Dominik was very up front and honest about selling a house in this market. He kept the communication open so that we could adjust our strategy as needed and keep our price competitive. Karen stayed very on top of every change as the transaction coordinator and made the whole process effortless for us. We will recommend this team to everyone we know!
Erin Camp, Karen Henderson, and The Snyder Group made our home buying experience so easy and pleasant! Erin helped us find the perfect first home for our family and advised us flawlessly to get our offer accepted over another. She was quick, efficient and always responsive when we had questions. Karen kept us updated and informed as we moved seamlessly through our transaction. We would (and have) recommend this team to our closest family and friends. They are true professionals and great people!
AMAZING TEAM!! Team Driven Real Estate (Snyder Preheim Group) made our first time buying a home as stress free as possible. They are Professional, Attentive, Proactive, Friendly and get the job Done! Our Agent Erin Camp… We can’t say enough good things about her. From the moment we spoke on the phone, we knew we were in good hands. Erin was available for any questions/concerns and met with us to see a home at a moments notice, because at this time (COVID Pandemic) a home could be on and off the market within 1 day. We felt safe, assured, confident and trusted Erin 100% in knowing shed help us find the perfect home. It felt like we were her only clients; that’s how available she was. Karen Henderson, our Transaction Coordinator kept us up to date every step of the way once we started the buying process. Even after we’ve closed, they are still available to us if questions arise as new homeowners. We would definitely use this team again and recommend them to anyone looking for a home! Thank You Team Driven Real Estate! We LOVE our home! – Harry & Yvette
I would highly like to recommend Rodrigo and team for their awesome efforts in selling our home and helping us purchase a new one that perfectly suited our needs. During the sale of the first home Karen was very diligent in scheduling showings due to a limited viewing schedule due to our large dog - thank you Karen for always being by your phone! I would also like to thank Anna for keeping our documents organized at all times! The summaries of the loads of information we received during this process were really helpful in understanding what the next steps were. Rodrigo and the team were available to host multiple open houses to really push the sale of the instead of just waiting as the market had just started to slow down. Rodrigo was always available for questions as well as to show us homes when we were on the buyer side. He was able to manage our schedules and work in showings so we could see the home we were interested in at all times. Whether it was 8am or 8pm he was there! I would highly recommend Rodrigo and the team for your real estate needs!
