Initial meeting was with Mr. Hatada who went into detail on the whole process. We thought that a property in the south would be best but could not find anything that met our expectations. Ms. Nguyen suggested North Las Vegas and we found the ideal property. Ms. Nguyen walked us through the steps until closing. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. First of all, we met Darrell Kimura and David Sur at a Whyvegas seminar in Honolulu several years ago. We listened to what they had to say and it made so much sense! We wanted to sell our condo in Honolulu and buy a house in Vegas. We were planning to retire within a few months and make the move. Darrell contacted us within a day or two and our relationship started from there! They made note of what we were looking for and they found a house for us!
